ACC-TV Sign Submission Requirements

  • Any ACC department, program, or organization may submit information intended to air on ACC-TV (Ch 19). ACC-TV will display informational signs related to ACC events, news, and announcements. No commercial or personal announcements will be aired.
  • Information submitted for signs must conform to the Public Information and College Marketing Department's Editorial & Graphics Style Guide. ACC-TV will not air signs that do not abide by these style guidelines.
  • ACC-TV must receive your Sign Submission Form at least five business days prior to the requested display start date of your sign. ACC-TV is not responsible for late submissions.
  • All content must be proofread before submission. If the content has typographical errors, lacks required information, or is otherwise inconsistent with ACC policies, it will be returned to the original submitter with an explanation.
