Instructor Desktop Console

The instructor console has the following equipment:

• Polycom Instructor Microphone
• Dell PC Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse
• Polycom Viewstation FX Remote Control Device
• Document Camera

The room operations are controlled through the Viewstation FX Remote Control Device and the Digital Document Camera.

All programs that an instructor needs for his/her class can be projected to both the local and remote site using the Dell PC. An instructor can bring documents in on diskette, Zip Disk, or CD ROM.

Click the Near Icon in the upper portion of the remote. Using the directional arrows on the remote control, select the appropriate camera and setting.

Cabinet Console

The cabinets below the Viewstation FX Roll About Unit contain the multimedia equipment, PC, sound system, equalizer, amplifier, and Polycom's Viewstation operating system which controls all the rooms equipment.
