Student
Camera
The student camera dynamically
adjusts to any student who presses the push-to-talk
microphone. The camera will automatically focus and adjust to the
student who pressed the push-to-talk microphone first. That student
will be displayed full screen at both the local and remote sites.
An instructor can also control the student audio manually by doing
the following:
- Select the "Camera Control" icon about
the "Student Camera" icon on the AMX panel.
- Select "Manual" from the "Auto/Manual"
microphone setting dialog box.
- Select the specific microphone of the student who
the student camera will focus on.
- After the "Manual" process has been completed,
return the icon setting to the "Auto" mode.
The equipment in the IVC room, including the student camera, is controlled
by the Polycom. For more information
